Completed in 2014, 150 Collins Street is located between heritage landmarks Scots’ Church and The Assembly Hall. It is designed to achieve a 5-Star NABERS and 6-Star Green Star rating.
It was awarded the 'Best Sustainable Building' at the 2016 Victorian Master Builder Awards.
