Australia 108 is the tallest residential tower in the Southern Hemisphere. 

Multiplex are constructing Australia 108 for developer World Class Land. Located in Melbourne’s Southbank, the project comprises a 319-m luxury apartment tower designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects and features 1,105 landmark apartments across 100 levels.

The building will also feature three levels of world-class residential amenities, including two infinity pools located 210 m above ground.

Highlights include:

Fully reticulated Customer owned HV System, with dual redundancy cabling servicing substations on levels 12 and level 68.

8 x Dry Type 1250KVA locally manufactured transformers facilitating straightforward replacement in the unlikely event of failure.

Advanced PLC control to all HV RMUs and LV Main Switchboards controlling all aspects of the HV/LV infrastructure.

1000KVA Standby Generator power injected into the system @ 11KV via a step up transformer.

Fully automated facade lighting scheme making Australia 108 stand out in the Melbourne Skyline.
