Construction on the 42-level commercial tower at 300 George Street is complete, with the building taking its place in the Brisbane skyline. 

Providing 48,342 m² of NLA, the PCA A-grade commercial tower is also targeting a 5-star Green Star rating.

The commercial tower forms part of the mixed-use Brisbane Quarter development along the Brisbane River that includes the 5-star luxury hotel, 'W Brisbane', and an 82-level residential tower with a riverside retail and dining precinct.

The residential tower is the final of three stages forming the new $1 billion ‘Brisbane Quarter’ precinct. This is an iconic, integrated, world-class, mixed-use development located on the former Law Courts site.

The 82-storey luxury residential tower houses 467 apartments and will include a riverside retail and dining precinct. 

Appselec are now in the final stages of the residential tower, after successfully delivering the W-Hotel and commercial office tower.
